When you say, “I feel stuck,” what you usually mean is this:

If repetition built the pattern, repetition can redirect it.
You don’t need massive motivation.
You need a new signal introduced consistently enough to compete with the old one.
In quantum physics, systems organize around dominant patterns of energy. The strongest, most sustained signal determines structure.

If you repeatedly think, “I am tired,”
your body cooperates.
