4: CHOOSE YOUR WORDS CAREFULLY

Just like thoughts and emotions are real, tangible forces, so are words. This is the reason why words can hurt or uplift, for that matter.

We live in a world of energies and forces. Not realizing this, we actually waste a lot of our energies through idle thinking, uncontrolled daydreaming, giving into lower passions and desires, and yes, through the speaking of unnecessary words.

When we speak to articulate ourselves, we put into motion waves of sound in the air which then radiate in all directions. We cannot say a word without causing the surrounding air and ethers to oscillate accordingly. Thus, every word we utter that is of a low frequency (meaning: fear-based, attacking, separative) lowers our overall frequency, whereas every word we say that is of a high frequency (meaning: love-based, serving, uniting) raises our overall frequency.

We hurt ourselves with every fear-based/separative/base thought, emotion, desire, deed and word that we express through our vehicles. We cannot formulate a thought form without using our mental body to do so, or express a desire or emotion without setting our emotional nature into an analogous vibration, or say a word without causing the surrounding air and ethers to oscillate accordingly. EVERYTHING we think, feel, desire, do and say affects not only our environment but also ourselves. This is why we cannot speak a hurting word (or think a harmful thought) without hurting ourselves AND all of life. And in the same way, obviously, we cannot speak a loving, joyful and uplifting word without uplifting ourselves AND our surroundings at the same time.

Try this: Speak only when it is necessary. Before articulating yourself, think of the consequences your words (=forces) might produce, and decide to ONLY speak positively of self and others, and never otherwise. Remember, to speak negatively of self and others means to hurt yourself AND everyone else.

As we learn to discipline our language, we learn to discipline our energies and forces. Learning to control our thinking, feeling, acting and speaking life purifies our mental, emotional and physical/etheric space. It is a form of psychological hygiene that is as necessary as physical hygiene is.

5: REFINE YOUR DIET

Our physical body is fine or coarse in nature, depending on the material we use for its composition. The food we eat does matter because it is the material used to build new cells.

Coarse food makes a coarse body. Pure food makes a pure body.

We can only build up a strong, healthy, vital, high-frequency physical body with pure food, fresh air and sunshine.

And such a high-frequency body is necessary in order to be able to register the finer worlds around us. In order to register the finer vibrations around us, we need to raise the overall vibration of our instrument. A coarse body simply cannot register subtle vibration.

One way to refine our physical instrument is to refine our diet. Here are some ideas: Eat only when you are hungry – and not to gratify temporary cravings. Give thanks to the food you eat and eat it with the consciousness and intention in mind that the food you eat is building a wonderful, light-filled body/instrument for you.
