It is also of the highest importance to always specifically remember to keep your Three-Fold Flame balanced and always to do this battle plan from 100% unconditional love, 100% wisdom and 100% power, and not over-identify with any one of these qualities to the exclusion of another. - I will work out three days a week!
- I will drink six big glasses of water a day!
- I will go to a homeopathic and/or naturopathic doctor!
- I will try and find a good Spiritual Healer!
- I will get the Ascension Clearing and Negative Implant and Elemental Removal Healing Meditation (Ascension Activation Meditation 2) from Dr. Stone’s University!
- I will do 100 physical Health Affirmations a day as described in this training course!
- I will call on the Holy Spirit to undo the cause of this health lesson!
- I will unconditionally love my physical body as I do God, myself and Brothers and Sisters!
- I now make a personal vow to keep my Three-Fold Flame of 100% Unconditional Love, 100% Wisdom and 100% Power in perfect balance and integration at all times!
- I will call on the Masters for the Core Fear Matrix Removal Program to remove all negative programming that might be causing this lesson!
- I will practice self-hypnosis and give myself suggestions for perfect radiant health!
- I will call on the inner plane etheric surgeons to repair my etheric body!
- I will call on the inner plane acupuncture team to help in my healing!
- I will get a good night’s sleep!
- I will not burn the candle at both ends!
- I will be sure to take all my vitamins and minerals every day!
- I will work on developing a high-functioning immune system on all three levels!

- I will go see a traditional medical doctor as well!
If necessary, I will go and see a chiropractor! - I will call on the Platinum Net three times a day to cleanse my fields!#
