How long can you focus on one thing before:
- A notification pings?
- Your mind wanders?
- Worry intrudes?
- You check your phone?
Most people can barely sustain 30 seconds of unbroken focus.
And this is why we feel powerless. Why life seems to happen “to us” rather than “through us.” Why we feel disconnected from Source.
You can’t experience God with a scattered mind.
You can’t know your true Self without the ability to concentrate.
You can’t create consciously without focused attention.
The restless mind is the veil between you and divine reality.
The Practice: Training Concentration
The good news? Concentration is a skill. Like any muscle, it can be trained.
Krishna’s response to Arjuna offers the solution:
“Whenever and wherever the restless and unsteady mind wanders, one should bring it back and continually focus it on God.”
— Bhagavad Gita 6:26
Not on desires. Not on problems. Not on the world.
On God. On Spirit. On the One. On the I AM.
Simple Daily Practice:
1. Choose your focus point:
- God
- The Divine
- Spirit
- Life Force
- Pure Potential
- The I AM presence within you
- Simply “The One”
2. Set a timer for 5 minutes.
3. Focus ONLY on that. See it, feel it, become aware of it. When your mind wanders (it will), gently bring it back. Again. Again. Again.
4. Do this daily.
What to expect:
- Week 1: You’ll barely manage 10 seconds before distraction
- Week 2: You’ll reach 30-60 seconds of focus
- Week 4: You’ll hold 2-3 minutes of steady presence
- Week 8: 5 minutes of unbroken communion with Source
And when you can concentrate for 5 unbroken minutes on the Divine? Everything changes. Your creative power awakens. Your consciousness expands. The veil dissolves.
Movement as Sacred Practice
One of the most powerful ways to develop concentration is through conscious movement.
When you move with complete awareness—body, breath, and spirit united in focused presence—you’re training concentration holistically. The mind that usually scatters finds its center through the rhythm of conscious motion.
This is why we created the Concentration Dance Meditation—a guided journey that trains your ability to focus through the sacred union of movement, breath, and divine awareness.

Why This Matters Right Now
We’re at a turning point in human evolution. We’re being called to wake up, to remember who we really are, to reclaim our divine creative power.
Those who master concentration will know God directly.
Those who remain scattered will continue seeking outside themselves.
The universe waits. Spirit is always present. The I AM is always here.
But you can’t experience it with a mind that won’t be still.
Your job is to learn to concentrate.
Start Today
Right now, in this moment:
Close your eyes.
Focus on the Divine Presence within you.
Hold that focus for just one minute.
Notice how many times your attention wanders. Don’t judge it. Just notice.
