Now, how do we do that?

First, we need to UNDERSTAND what we are dealing with here.

I tried to explain that a little bit even though, quite frankly, there is so much more to all of this. So, essentially, we are dealing with an imprisoned mind that attacks itself, with an imprisoned mind projecting separation and experiencing the returning projections of separation as an attack upon itself. So first, we need to understand that what we all are afraid of is our own attack thoughts – and nothing else.

Then we need become aware of when that happens so we can deal with it.

Said another way: You need to start MONITORING your thinking.

There is absolutely no way for you transcend your fears if you don’t start monitoring your thinking.

Why?

Because here is what you do: Every time you catch yourself having a fear-based, separative thought, you push it out of your mind with all the power in your heart and you say, “Get thee behind me, fear!” Or if you prefer say, “I deny any thought not of love, not of peace, not of oneness, not of God to enter my mind.” But how do you want to do that, how do you want to deny fear-based thoughts from entering your mind if you are not monitoring the thoughts running through your mind in the first place?

It does not work, so monitoring your thinking is an absolute requirement to transcend your fears. Nobody can do that for you. That’s your job, and yours alone.

I remember, I started doing that back when I was a teenager. And when I first started doing that, I think every 10 seconds or so I said, inwardly, get thee behind me fear. Get thee behind me fear. Doing this has become such an ingrained habit, I do it now unconsciously, even in my dreams. And quite frankly, this is the reason for my happiness and inner peace because I know our fears are not real and so every day, every minute, I am working on releasing these illusions by denying them entrance into my mind.

But anyway, every time you catch yourself having a fear-based thought and denying it entrance, you are actually breaking down this self-imposed barrier here which we first built – step by step – with every separative thought we ever had.

And with every brick we remove, so to speak, we allow the universal mind, the mind of source, to come through more and more.

And as that happens more and more, the illusion of separation becomes more and more obvious to us and the truth of oneness becomes our new reality. We stop living in fear and separation, and we start living in oneness and love. And as we learn to do that, we become enlightened and we can actually co-create an enlightened world and not just talk about it.

Now, quite honestly, there is so much more to all of this. We have not even talked about a very common misunderstanding which is rampant in this world: that love needs fear to be balanced or complete or something, which is total illusion.

Love is just another word for oneness. Fear is just another word for separation. Therefore, love and fear are irreconcilable. You cannot balance oneness with separation. Oneness is already complete, and separation denies oneness. And yet there are millions of people out there who insist that love and fear need to be balanced. Only people who don’t understand what love is and what fear is would say such a thing. But that would be too long to get into that now too.
